Abstract
This computational study investigates how Hebbian learning rules operating across multiple frequency bands shape the plasticity of coupled neural oscillators. The model demonstrates that networks of oscillators can self-organize to respond selectively to complex rhythmic and harmonic stimuli through multifrequency coupling, providing a mechanistic account of how the brain learns to encode musical structure through experience.
